Classification of paper making methods

       According to the paper making methods, there are two types: wet and dry. The former disperses fibers in water, called a suspension, while the latter uses air as a medium to make them into a suspension for paper making, such as non-woven paper. Wet paper making equipment is divided into three types based on the different structures of the mesh: mesh paper machine, circular mesh paper machine, and mesh paper machine.

      Long web paper machines have high production capacity and high paper quality, while circular web paper machines have low production capacity and inferior paper performance in many aspects compared to long web machines. But it has a simple structure, small footprint, low investment, fast deployment, and convenient operation and maintenance.

     The sandwich paper machine is a new type of paper machine developed in modern times. After the paper material is ejected from the flow box, it is immediately sandwiched between two bed nets and the forming rollers. Under the squeezing of the forming rollers and the centrifugal force of the nets, it is dehydrated. Suitable for high-speed copying, due to the dehydration between two nets, it is not easily affected by the type of fiber raw materials and water filtration degree, and has strong adaptability.
