1. Obtaining well-organized wet paper spokes: The formation of paper web is a complex process, which can usually be simply seen as the result of fibers gradually depositing on the formed mesh surface, interweaving and interweaving into a thin layer. To achieve a well-organized paper web, in addition to high-performance conveying equipment, it is also necessary to carry out a reasonable dehydration process on the formed mesh surface of the paper material. Generally, by controlling the difference between the wire speed and the wire slurry speed, shaking the wire case, and selecting appropriate dehydrating components, the fiber suspension can be relatively calm and turbulent during the paper web forming process, so that the deposited fibers are evenly dispersed and free of flocs; At the same time, it also avoids inappropriate and rapid dehydration, causing excessive loss of adhesive, filler, and fine fibers in the paper, resulting in differences in the properties of both sides of the paper.

2. Dehydrate the formed paper web to a certain dryness: After the wet paper web is preliminarily formed, it is generally necessary to achieve a certain dryness or wet strength through forced dehydration methods (vacuum absorption, pressing, etc.), so as to peel off the formed mesh surface.
