During the process of paper copying, the holes in the net are often blocked by fibers, adhesives, resins, or high viscosity oils and fats (known as "sticking the net"). A washing device must be installed for this purpose.
There are generally three forms of sprinkler pipes used in various occasions in the paper industry:
1. Fixed sprinkler pipes with fan-shaped nozzles;
2. Swing type sprinkler pipe with fan-shaped and/or needle shaped valve regulating nozzle;
3. A single nozzle spray pipe that moves horizontally on a paper machine. These three types of spray pipes can be classified into two categories: spray pipes designed with fixed orifice nozzles and spray pipes designed with cleanable and washable nozzles.
