Working principle of oblique mesh paper machine

Principle: Mainly, after the raw slurry comes out of the headbox, it is evenly spread on the mesh, which is supported and driven by the chest roller and the couch roller. There is a scraper plate (before the water line) and a vacuum suction tank (after the water line) under the mesh, which is collectively referred to as the mesh part;

If the pressing process is not completed, it is the drying process. There are dozens of drying cylinders and guide rollers that can adjust the angle of the blanket to adjust the contact area between the drying cylinder and the wet paper page;

Moving on to the glue roller, it usually consists of a pair, and later several pairs of drying cylinders need to be installed for drying and dehydration;

Pressing roller, the last program, after pressing the upper and lower surfaces, the paper can be rolled into the required finished paper.
