   The general understanding of the reactor is the container with physical or chemical reactor.Generally,the matericals of the reactor are carbon manganese steel,stainless steel,zirconium,nickel base（Hastelloy,Monel）aaloy and other composite matericals.It can be made of SUS304,SUS316L and other stainless steel materials.Stainless steel reactor is widely used in petroleum,chemical,rubber,pesticide,dye,medicine,food,crystallization,distillation,evaporation,storage,hydrogenation,alkylation,polymerization,condensation,heating and mixing, constant temperature reaction and other technological processes.

   Generally, the materials of reaction kettle are carbon manganese steel(lined wath enamel),stainless steel,zirconium,nickel based alloy and other composite materials,which are widely used in many industries such as petroleum,chemical industry,rubber,pesticide,dye,medicine,food,etc.the agiators of reactor include anchor type,frame type,paddle type,turbine type,scraper type,combined type,etc;the sealing device can adopt mechanical seal,packing seal,etc sealing structure;jacket,coil,Miller plate and other structures can be used for heating and cooling of reaction kettle;heating and cooling methods include steam,electric heating,heat transfer oil,water,frozen brine,etc., to meet the process requirements of different working environments such as acid resistance,high temperature resistance,wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
