Hydrapulper For Paper Mill
The hydrapulper mainly consists of a tank, impeller, rotor, sieve plate, column, etc. The main crushing mechanism is the impeller and rotor. When the impeller and rotor rotate, the high concentration slurry moves radially. At the same time, the two spiral blades on the rotor rotate and flip axially from the side of the tank, accelerating the dissolution and hydration of waste paper in the tank. Due to the high concentration of waste paper slurry in the tank, the fibers rub against each other and separate ink particles from the fibers through the axial and radial movements of the impeller and two spiral blades. Therefore, due to the weak front cutting points of the rotor and spiral blades, they only peel off lightweight substances (such as plastic films) in the waste paper and do not form debris, which facilitates the screening of the slurry.
Process details
1.When crushing waste paper (deinking) in this machine, it is necessary to use hot water and add deinking agent before adding the waste paper, and then start the operation to continue adding the waste paper to the required concentration.
2. Dealing with general books, newspapers, illustrated magazines, and other waste paper, the water temperature is generally controlled at 60 ℃ -95 ℃. The higher the temperature, the faster the speed of shredding waste paper and the more energy-efficient it is.
3. Depending on the requirements of the deinking process and the type of waste paper, an appropriate amount of NaOH can also be added.
4. The crushing concentration is generally between 10-13%, and when adding slurry, dilute it with water to 5-6%. There is a dilution tube next to the body, and the water pressure in this tube is generally 1-3Kg/cm.
5. The entire process time for each slot (referring to the time from adding materials to crushing and discharging) is generally 20-40 minutes depending on the type of waste paper.
