According to the mechanism and use, the hydraulic valve block has many forms, such as strip block, cover plate, splint, valve mounting base plate, pump valve block, logic valve block, superimposed valve block, special valve block, etc.

The hydraulic valve block in the actual system is composed of the valve block body and various hydraulic valves, pipe joints, accessories and other components installed on it.

The Principle

(1) The dimensions of hydraulic components installed on the hydraulic valve block shall not interfere with each other.

(2) The geometric dimensions of the valve block mainly consider the overall dimensions of the components installed on the valve block, so that there is enough assembly space between the components. The distance between the hydraulic components shall be greater than 5mm. The electromagnet on the reversing valve, the pilot valve on the pressure valve and the pressure gauge can be properly extended beyond the installation plane of the valve block, which can reduce the volume of the valve block. However, pay attention not to touch the extended part with other parts.

(3) In the layout, whether the installation direction of the valve body is reasonable should be considered. The valve core should be in the horizontal direction to prevent the self weight of the valve core from affecting the sensitivity of the valve. In particular, the directional valve must be horizontally arranged.

(4) The shape, position and size of the common oil hole of the valve block shall be determined according to the design requirements of the system. In order to determine the installation parameters of each element on the valve block, it should be considered as much as possible to make the holes that need to be connected best orthogonal, so that they can be directly connected and unnecessary process holes can be reduced.

(5) Since each element has more than two oil passages, these passages must be connected with the passages of other elements and the common oil holes on the valve block. Sometimes direct connection is impossible. Therefore, necessary process holes must be designed. The channel design of valve block is to determine the number of process holes, the type and location size of process holes, as well as the diameter and depth of the channel on the valve block.

(6) The minimum wall thickness between the through holes must be checked for strength.

(7) Attention shall be paid to that the fixed screw hole of the hydraulic element on the valve block shall not collide with the oil passage, and the minimum wall thickness shall also be checked for strength, etc.
