Product Application
The machine is mainly used for bleaching and dyeing knit and woven fabrics of various natural fibers and with weights of 50-1000gram/meter and also for dyeing and finishing blended fabrics of artificial silk,polyester and other fibers,both under normal temperature and normal pressure.For light and thin fabrics,two lengths of cloths can be processed simultaneously in one through.
Principle of operation
Cloth to be dyed in accumulator is delivered by lift cylinder with variable speed control and dye liquid is sent out from the bottom of the machine by circulating pump directly driven by motor.The liquor is fed into nozzles via heat exchanger and cloth,after passing through nozzles,is folded and collected by folding system.

Operating water pressure:0.3M
Operating compressed air pressure:0.6Mpa
