Tissue paper centrifugal pump is not a standard pump. However, if you are referring to using tissue paper to create a centrifugal pump, it is possible in theory. Tissue paper would not be able to withstand the high-speed rotation needed to generate pumping action in a centrifugal pump. The tissue paper would quickly disintegrate and become shredded by the pump's impeller. Therefore, using a material that is strong and durable enough to withstand the forces involved in a centrifugal pump is necessary.
