Vertical hydrapulper used in waste paper recycling is the main machine for breaking pulp board, waste paper, OCC etc. It is used to accomplish the separation, purification and rough screening.
The hydrapulper should make sure the raw material be completely defibered and ensure fiber length and strength at the same time.
The vertical hydrapulper consists of a large cylindrical container with a perforated base, into which the waste paper material is loaded. Water is then added to the container and the machine's powerful rotating blades work to agitate and break up the paper fibers, creating a pulp mixture.
The pulp mixture is then passed through a series of screens and filters, which remove any remaining contaminants or impurities from the mixture. The resulting pulp is then ready for use in the production of new paper products.
